On Cloud

If the Desktop Application is installed on the cloud system

  • Ensure you have the latest version of Desktop Application. If unsure, click here (hyperlink to Desktop Application) to download the latest desktop application on the cloud system if you can access and download there. Else ask your Tally provider to update the same.

Note: We keep releasing a new version of the desktop application which might cause this.

  • If multiple people are using the cloud, sometimes what might be happening is that the person opening Tally first in your organization would not be loading the company to be synced there. Ensure that the company to be synced is loaded on their Tally.

Note: This is the limitation of the tally application, not the app.

  • Go to settings and ensure the syncing mode is automated and not manual. If it manual you can sync manually from My Companies but will have to be done manually only every time.

  • If multiple people are using the cloud, sometimes what might be happening is that the person opening Tally first in your organization would not be loading the company to be synced there. Ensure that the company to be synced is loaded on their Tally.

  • The IP of your cloud has changed OR there is a mismatch in the IP in settings of Credflow’s Desktop Application.

  • Open Desktop Application, log in and go to settings.

  • IP would be http://(IP provided by your cloud provider) and port will be where ODBC Server of tally is enabled in your Tally Configuration.

NOTE: Make sure to add http: before your cloud IP. Else it will not sync.

  • Save the settings.

  • Go to settings and ensure the syncing mode is automated and not manual.

If it is manual you can sync manually from My Companies, but will have to be done manually only every time.
