Ensure you have the latest version of Desktop Application. If unsure, click here (hyperlink to Desktop Application) to download the latest desktop application on the cloud system if you can access and download there. Else ask your Tally provider to update the same.
If multiple people are using the cloud, sometimes what might be happening is that the person opening Tally first in your organization would not be loading the company to be synced there. Ensure that the company to be synced is loaded on their Tally.
Go to settings and ensure the syncing mode is automated and not manual. If it manual you can sync manually from My Companies but will have to be done manually only every time.

The IP of your cloud has changed OR there is a mismatch in the IP in settings of Credflow’s Desktop Application.
Open Desktop Application, log in and go to settings.
Save the settings.
