  • I am syncing my company for the first time.
    • Single User
      • It is showing Tally is not connected
      • A message is displaying "either your tally is not connected or your internet is not working"
      • Tally Connected but showing some other company
    • Multi User
      • It is showing Tally is not connected
      • A message is displaying "either your tally is not connected or your internet is not working"
      • Tally Connected but showing some other company
    • On Cloud (Tally on Cloud)
      • Install Desktop Application on Cloud Window
      • If it's not possible to install Desktop Application on Cloud Windows
      • Tally is connected but showing some other company
    • Educational Mode
  • My company has been synced previously
    • Single User/ Multi User License
      • Erratic Behaviour of Syncing
      • Not Syncing at all for sometime
    • On Cloud
  • Desktop app is logged in somewhere else

  • Check if there are multiple windows opened.

  • If yes, close all Tally windows and restart Tally.

  • Load the company in Tally.

  • Refresh the desktop application in Add Company from here

  • You will see connected status list of companies are loaded in tally but are not yet synced with us.

  • This list does not include companies already synced with us.

NOTE: Mention your Username, Phone number and organisation with the relevant query ( E.g. I need help with Tally Syncing. I am on multi user license but not able to sync for the first time.I am getting Tally Connected but showing some other company)
