      • Install Desktop Application on Cloud Window
      • If it's not possible to install Desktop Application on Cloud Windows
      • Tally is connected but showing some other company
    • Educational Mode
  • My company has been synced previously
    • Single User/ Multi User License
      • Erratic Behaviour of Syncing
      • Not Syncing at all for sometime
    • On Cloud
  • Desktop app is logged in somewhere else

This happens when other people in your organization are working on the same instance of Tally.

  • Ask all people to Close all Tally windows.

  • Restart Tally in a single system, load the company in Tally.

  • Refresh the desktop application in Add Company from here

NOTE: Mention your Username, Phone number and organisation with the relevant query ( E.g. I need help with Tally Syncing. I am on Tally on cloud but not able to sync for the first time. I am installing on the desktop app on the cloud but seeing some other company.)
