Tally Connected but showing some other company

  • Check if there are multiple windows opened.

  • If yes, close all Tally windows and restart Tally.

  • Load the company in Tally.

  • Refresh the desktop application in Add Company from here

  • You will see the connected status list of companies are loaded in tally but are not yet synced with us.

  • This list does not include companies already synced with us.
